Gimlet is a busy restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of the CBD. We continue to receive recognition for professional and knowledgeable service, along with unique drinks and food offering.

We maintained our 2 hats from the Good Food Guide for the third year in a row. We also received The Best Wine List of Australia and Sommeliers Choice Award from the Australia’s Wine List of the Year Awards and The Best Restaurant Bar from the Australian Bar Awards.
