Section Waiters

Join our teams at our hatted restaurants NOMAD Melbourne, Reine & La Rue and Florentino! We are always looking for experienced Section Waiters who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Located in the CBD and operating seven days a week, all venues offer a dynamic environment where attention to detail, teamwork and genuine hospitality are at the centre of every service. Our ideal candidate will have

• 2+ years experience as a section waiter within restaurants, wine bars or similar venues
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong food, beverage and wine knowledge, with a desire to continue learning
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport with guests
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high service standards
• A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA)
