Securities and Payment Products

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of solutions and product design for securities and payment businesses for both retail and corporate customers, supporting the business expansion of KKPFG.
• Develop strategies to expand securities services, payment services, and competitive capabilities in alignment with KKPFG’s business models across different business units and customer segments by gathering and analyzing relevant market and business data.
• Drive the development of team capabilities and expertise in capital markets and financial technology to support the enhancement of securities and payment services aligned with the Bank’s business objectives.
• Define business plans, operational goals, and project roadmaps, including planning and overseeing system development initiatives to support KKPFG’s financial service operations.
• Supervise, coordinate, and manage Banking Agents appointed by the Bank to perform financial transactions such as Payment collections on behalf of the Bank, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Lead and support additional strategic initiatives and assignments as delegated.
• Prepare and present business performance reports, project progress updates, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in product development, project management, and business strategy within securities, payment, or financial services businesses.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in securities business, payment products, digital financial services, banking, or related industries.
• Knowledge of capital markets, payment services, and financial technology.
• Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Change Management and driving business or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
