Job Title: Securities Lending & Operations

Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Location: MumbaiRoles & Responsibilities

• Manage securities lending and borrowing operations, including collateral management.
• Handle SBL collateral management activities under bilateral and/or triparty arrangements.
• Coordinate with counterparties, Front Office, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Identify operational discrepancies, communicate issues clearly, and support timely resolution.

Requisites

• Relevant experience in securities lending and borrowing operations.
• Hands-on experience in SBL Collateral Management (bilateral and/or triparty arrangements) is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of securities lending operational processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
