Securities Relationship Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and client-oriented Securities Relationship Manager to join our Hong Kong team. The role focuses on client development, securities account services, client relationship maintenance, and wealth management business promotion. You will provide one-stop professional financial services for individual investors, assist clients in accessing Hong Kong and US stock market investment services. This is a pure office-based professional financial position with no street promotion or field sales work.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality client relationships, expand new individual clients for Hong Kong and US securities trading business.
• Provide professional consultation on securities account opening, market trading rules, trading products, and commission policies.
• Offer regular market analysis, investment trend sharing and professional financial advice to existing clients.
• Follow up client account status, assist clients with account activation, operation guidance and daily business inquiries.
• Promote the company’s wealth management products and securities services, drive client asset deposit and transaction activation.
• Comply with SFC regulatory requirements and company compliance policies, ensure all business operations are standard and legal.
• Maintain good client communication, improve client satisfaction and loyalty, and achieve personal and team business targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Economics, Marketing or related disciplines is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Hong Kong and US stock market operations and securities financial products is an advantage.
• Candidate with SFC license (Type 1) or relevant financial industry experience is highly preferred.
• Good communication skills, client negotiation ability and market sensitivity.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work under pressure and grow with the team.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, basic English communication ability is preferred.
• Valid Hong Kong working status / Hong Kong identity is required.

• 推廣公司財富管理產品及證券服務，帶動客戶資金入金及帳戶交易活躍度。
• 嚴格遵守香港證監會（SFC）監管條例及公司合規制度，確保所有業務合法合規、流程規範。
• 維持良好客戶溝通，提升客戶滿意度及忠誠度，達成個人及團隊業務目標。

入職要求

• 大學學士或以上學歷，金融、經濟、市場營銷等相關學科優先。
• 具備港美股市場運作及證券產品基礎知識優先考慮。
• 持有香港證監會一號牌照（SFC Type 1）或具相關金融行業經驗者優先。
• 良好溝通技巧、客戶洽談能力及市場觸覺。
• 積極主動、目標為本，能夠承受工作壓力，願意與團隊共同成長。
• 流利廣東話、普通話，具基本英語溝通能力優先。
• 擁有香港合法工作身份及有效香港居留證明。

工作時間

標準寫公時間，星期一至星期五上班、週末休息，跟隨香港股市交易假期安排。
