Remuneration : RM2,300 to RM2,600 with statutory contribution & leave entitlement

Are you an experienced Securities Operations professional with a strong background in Equities, Fixed Income, and Trade Settlement?

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Securities Settlement Specialist to join a leading global financial institution, supporting the Australia Market Settlement Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless trade settlements whilst contributing to strategic projects and system enhancements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Process and monitor settlement transactions across Equities, Fixed Income, Cash, and Discount products.
• Manage trade releases and pre-matching activities to ensure timely settlements.
• Perform settlement reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure operational controls and compliance with established procedures.
• Support UAT, system enhancements, and key transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth settlement operations and service delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Securities Settlement, Custody Operations, Trade Processing, or Capital Markets Operations.
• Strong knowledge of: Equities Settlement, Fixed Income Settlement, Cash Products, Securities Operations & Trade Lifecycle Management
• Familiarity with Australia market settlement processes is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
