Role: Identity and Access Management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Operations, Security Administration, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing security tools and platforms in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Experience with security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management processes.
• Understanding of identity and access management concepts and controls.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, network security, and cloud environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and enhance enterprise security tools and technologies.
• Manage and support security solutions, including:
• Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS)
• Antivirus and Endpoint Protection platforms
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
• Access Control and Authentication tools
• Vulnerability Management platforms
• Application Security Testing and Scanning tools
• Security Monitoring and Logging solutions
• Monitor security alerts and events, investigate incidents, and coordinate response and remediation activities.
