QUALIFIED TOWNSEND AGENCY CANDIDATES
Successful candidates will demonstrate sound judgment, initiative, professionalism under pressure, excellent customer service, and the ability to consistently uphold Agency policies and client expectations. Duties may include enforcing security procedures, conducting access control operations, performing patrols, completing accurate reports, observing and reporting suspicious activity, assisting with investigations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual requirements.

SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interpret and apply security policies and protocols, ensuring strict adherence at all times.
• Manage in-person customer service interactions with our Clients, providing guidance and support throughout the security process.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques to manage conflicts or disruptive behavior calmly and effectively.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for security checks, emergency responses, and incident reporting.
• Use appropriate levels of Use of Force to deter, prevent, and neutralize criminal activity, loitering, tresspassing, and unlawful entry or attempted entry.
• Conduct roving patrols of the Client Site Property.

PAY RATE ($18.00 - $25.00)

• Based on experience, education, and training.
• Bonuses include active military paid leave.
• Potential to reach up to $40.00 / hr for additional high-priority assignments within other Agency divisions.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
