What you'll be doing?

• Secure Digital Assets: Monitor and safeguard customer digital assets from unauthorized access, ensuring a secure environment.
• Incident Handling: Lead incident response efforts, providing expert recommendations to mitigate risks and resolve security issues.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to deliver exceptional service and support to customers.
• Communication: Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, sales, and customers, ensuring smooth operations.

Who are they looking for?

• Experience: At least 5 years in cyber security solutions or services, with a proven track record of problem-solving.
• Qualifications: High Diploma or University graduates in relevant fields; certifications in cyber security are advantageous.
• Skills: Excellent team coordination and technical skills, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication.
• Willingness to Learn: Open to learning new technologies and working independently, with a passion for continuous improvement.
