Security Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT service performance, SLA compliance, incident trends, and identify service improvement opportunities.
• Prepare governance reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management summaries.
• Maintain IT risk, audit, compliance, and remediation records and trackers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and security providers to manage cybersecurity risks, incidents, and remediation activities.
• Support IT and security governance, including asset lifecycle management and compliance monitoring.
• Drive process improvements and reporting automation using analytics and automation tools.
• Maintain governance documentation and coordinate projects and governance initiatives across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT governance, IT service management (ITSM), IT operations, cybersecurity, risk and compliance, project coordination, or data analytics.
• Good understanding of ITSM processes, SLA monitoring, ticket management, operational reporting, and governance practices.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting/analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Query, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of automation and scripting tools (e.g., Power Automate, Python, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, or other collaboration and workflow tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, PMP, Agile/Scrum, CISA, CISM, CISSP, Security+, ISO 27001, or equivalent are preferred.
• Certifications or hands-on experience in Power BI, Power Platform, Python, data analytics, or automation tools would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
