About Ultra Secure
Ultra Secure is part of Ultra Group, a Northland business delivering IT, security and connectivity services. Building on more than 40 years of local security experience, we design, install and look after security and CCTV systems for homes and businesses across Northland.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission and maintain intruder alarm and CCTV systems.
- Carry out servicing, fault-finding and repairs.
- Set up remote viewing and app access, and show customers how to use their systems.
- Keep accurate job records and documentation using our job management system.
- Deliver tidy, high-quality workmanship and great customer service on every job.
- Work safely and follow health and safety requirements on site.

· Competent in security and CCTV products, installation and maintenance.
· Strong fault-finding skills.

· Full New Zealand driver licence.
· Currently living in New Zealand with the legal right to work here.
· Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Desirable -
· Experience with access control and intercom systems.
· Networking knowledge, such as IP cameras, PoE, NVRs and routers.
· Experience with job management software such as ServiceM8.
· A relevant qualification, such as the New Zealand Certificate in Electronic Security.
What we offer
- Ongoing training and development to grow your skills and career.
- A family-friendly workplace that understands life outside work.
- Interesting and diverse work across residential and commercial sites.
- Competitive pay based on skills and experience.
- Company vehicle and phone
- The backing of a growing local group, with IT and connectivity specialists on hand.
