Security and Facility Manager

●       Lead site security: access control, CCTV, guards, incident investigation, and emergency liaison.

●       Manage facility operations and maintenance: utilities, HVAC, electrical, civil works, and vendors.

●       Ensure compliance with OSH, fire safety, and security regulations; support audits.

●       Oversee preventive maintenance schedules, budgets, and cost control.

●       Maintain emergency preparedness plans (fire drills, evacuation, business continuity).

●       Report security/facility KPIs to management and coordinate with HR, Production, and EHS.

Requirements:

●       Diploma/Degree in Facility Management, Security, OSH, Engineering, or related field.

●       5+ years' experience in security and/or facility management, preferably in manufacturing.

●       Knowledge of Malaysian OSH, fire safety, and security regulations.

●       Strong leadership, communication (English/Bahasa Malaysia), and vendor management skills.

●       Willing to be on-site and respond to emergencies after hours as needed.
