The Role: Security & IT Manager We’re seeking a Security & IT Manager to develop and maintain Clark’s technology infrastructure and ensure end-to-end security across all systems and processes. In this fully onsite position, you’ll partner with leadership, engineering, and operations to safeguard our data, manage IT operations, and drive a culture of security as we scale.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive IT and security frameworks
• Oversee network, system, and endpoint security, ensuring best practices are followed
• Monitor and assess risks, deploying appropriate safeguards and controls
• Lead incident response and manage security breach investigations
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards
• Provide IT support and hands-on troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Manage vendors and evaluate new technologies
• Educate and train Clark team members on security policies and IT protocols
• Report on IT and security posture to company leadership

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in IT management, security, or a related field, preferably in technology or SaaS
• Deep knowledge of security best practices, frameworks, and tools (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, cybersecurity principles)
• Strong technical skills across operating systems, networking, and cloud platforms
• Excellent communicator, able to explain complex technical matters with clarity
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment
• Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability

Bonus

• Experience in high-growth startups or enterprise technology environments
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance landscapes impacting AI and SaaS
• Possession of security/IT certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+)
