Security and Support Staff

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to detect suspicious activity
• Conduct regular patrols of the property, including entrances, to ensure safety protocols are upheld.
• Respond swiftly to incidents by applying conflict management techniques, de-escalation techniques and clear communication
• Implement loss prevention strategies by observing for theft or vandalism and reporting any suspicious behavior immediately.
• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of ID cards and what to look for in identifying a fraudulent ID card markings, matching pictures to ID card and verifying age
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle tense situations professionally.
• Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and security best practices.
• Ability to remain alert during shifts while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
