This role focuses on developing scalable security architectures, providing technical leadership across security initiatives, and helping organizations strengthen their security posture while supporting strategic business objectives.

As a Security Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks, define security requirements, and deliver security solutions across cloud, infrastructure, applications, data, and enterprise platforms. You will play a key role in driving cybersecurity programs and ensuring alignment with industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop security architectures and solution designs across Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Network Security, Data Security, Application Security, Security Operations (SOC), and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).

  • Conduct security architecture assessments, design reviews, threat modeling exercises, and security risk assessments.

  • Translate business requirements and technical objectives into secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions.

  • Define and implement security controls, standards, and reference architectures aligned with organizational security requirements.

  • Collaborate with infrastructure, application, cloud, and business teams to embed security into technology initiatives and transformation programs.

  • Identify security gaps, evaluate risks, and recommend practical remediation strategies.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to security engineers, consultants, and project teams.

  • Support security governance, compliance, risk management, and audit-related activities.

  • Participate in client engagements, workshops, solution development activities, and cybersecurity program delivery.

  • Develop and maintain security architecture documentation, technical standards, design patterns, and implementation roadmaps.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, information security, or security architecture roles.

  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing security architectures and security technology solutions.

  • Strong hands-on expertise in at least one cybersecurity domain, including Cloud Security, IAM, SOC, Network Security, Data Security, Application Security, or GRC.

  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and Zero Trust principles.

  • Experience conducting security assessments, architecture reviews, and risk evaluations.

  • Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while leading collaboration across diverse technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with security services and controls within Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Knowledge of SIEM platforms, identity governance solutions, endpoint protection technologies, cloud-native security tools, and data protection solutions.

  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale cybersecurity transformation programs.

  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate, AWS Security Specialty, or equivalent.

  • Consulting and client-facing experience in large enterprise environments.

  • Experience managing technical deliverables, project milestones, and architecture governance activities.
