Security Architect

Enterprise clients in Sweden face a new set of security challenges as AI-enabled solutions and cloud platforms become central to their operations. The pressure to secure these environments is rising, especially as generative AI and advanced data integrations introduce new risks. In this Security Architect role in Göteborg, you work at the intersection of technology and governance, helping clients navigate the complexity of responsible AI adoption. You shape the security posture for platforms that must stand up to evolving threats and regulatory demands. The work matters because trusted, resilient platforms are the foundation for business growth and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security controls for AI/ML and generative AI solutions, and assess risks across LLMs, AI APIs, model integrations and AI data pipelines
• Mitigate AI-specific threats such as prompt injection, data leakage, model poisoning, insecure output handling and unauthorised model access
• Shape target-state architectures for AI platforms, assistants, RAG systems, agents and AI gateways, and define governance frameworks for responsible AI, security and identity
• Run architecture reviews and sign-offs for AI solutions, and steer technical direction on emerging AI platforms
• Embed security into the secure development lifecycle and DevSecOps pipelines, and support compliance and cyber-risk management
• Establish and document security reference architectures, technology standards and best practices across the technology landscape
• Lead and coordinate architecture work across teams, represent security in projects, and support adherence to security policies and standards
• Advise senior management on security strategy, risks and benefits, and run training sessions and workshops for development teams
• Contribute to KPI, KRI and SLA reporting for the security programme

Requirements

• 7+ years in security architecture across enterprise applications, cloud platforms and AI-enabled solutions
• Background in AI/ML and generative AI security, including LLMs, AI APIs and AI data pipelines
• Securing applications on AWS and Microsoft Azure; experience integrating AI with Azure OpenAI and enterprise APIs is a good fit
• Proven skill in creating enterprise security reference architectures, frameworks and blueprints
• Knowledge of TOGAF and SABSA; degree in computer science, information security or a related field
• Delivery of enterprise-scale AI platforms in regulated environments, with experience of AI guardrails and responsible AI controls
• Track record of taking AI initiatives from proof of concept to enterprise-grade production

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP or SABSA, or CCSP and cloud architect certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience in the tech, security or automotive industry
• Threat modelling and security risk management knowledge
• Familiarity with other AI ecosystems (AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Databricks, OpenAI API, Hugging Face)
• Secure engineering practices around GitHub Advanced Security and pull-request workflows
