Security Assistant

The Information and Spectrum Warfare Directorate (RF), DET 4/SSRI, is seeking to hire an entry-level Security Assistant, DU-0086-02 (GS-05/06 or equivalent) in Rome, NY.

Position Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Provides customer service to all personnel who are visiting the lab.
• Serves as the Verifying Official for the DEERS/RAPIDS station.
• Provides administrative security support for the branch.

Required Qualifications

• United States Citizenship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 7 Security Investigation.
• Males must be registered for selective service, see www.sss.gov.
• Performance of additional duties may be required.

Desired Qualifications

• Ability to excel in working independently and as a member of a team.
• Customer Service focused.
