Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises using CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity or potential security threats.
• Conduct regular patrols of the bar and restaurant areas to ensure safety protocols are followed and identify any hazards or disturbances.
• Manage access control by verifying IDs, guest lists, and ensuring only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents, conflicts, or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations.
• Provide first aid or CPR when necessary, maintaining readiness for medical emergencies.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents requiring external assistance.
• Enforce loss prevention measures by observing for theft or vandalism and taking appropriate action.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security roles within hospitality, law enforcement, military, or related fields.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable; willingness to obtain if not already certified.
• Strong surveillance skills with knowledge of CCTV systems and monitoring techniques.
• Excellent conflict management abilities with a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
• Familiarity with security procedures, loss prevention strategies, and emergency response protocols.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods during shifts.
• Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations; prior law enforcement or military experience is a plus.
