What they need
- Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Security, preferably in hospital, clinic, hotel, or corporate environment.
- Gada Pratama certification is preferred.
- Physically and mentally fit.
- Disciplined, alert, honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Firm but friendly and service-oriented toward patients, visitors, and staff.
- Able to operate CCTV and basic security equipment.
- Understand basic emergency, fire safety, and evacuation procedures.
- Willing to work shifting, weekends, and public holidays.
