Responsibilities

• Monitor premises continuously using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activity and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Conduct regular surveillance patrols of the property to identify potential security risks or breaches.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents, including medical emergencies, by providing first aid when necessary.
• Control access points by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to maintain secure entry procedures.
• Maintain detailed logs of surveillance activities, incident reports, and access records for accountability and review.
• Collaborate with emergency responders and internal teams during incidents to ensure swift resolution and safety.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques, including CCTV operation and monitoring.
• Proven ability to prevent loss through vigilant observation and proactive intervention.
• Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and visitors.
• Ability to respond calmly and efficiently in emergency situations, including administering first aid if needed.
• Attention to detail with the capability to identify suspicious behavior or security vulnerabilities promptly.
• Basic understanding of security protocols, incident documentation, and emergency procedures.
• Physical stamina to perform patrols and inspections as required throughout shifts.
