About the role

The Security role is responsible for maintaining the security and safety of the villa, guests, employees, and Company property.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the villa premises, including guests, visitors, vendors, and contractors
• Conduct regular patrols of the villa and surrounding areas to identify and prevent security risks
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents to the Manager
• Assist guests and employees when necessary while maintaining professional and courteous service
• Monitor vehicle and pedestrian movement entering and leaving the villa premises
• Ensure that unauthorized persons do not enter restricted or private areas
• Respond promptly to emergencies, security incidents, accidents, or other unusual situations
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, visitors, vehicle movements, and other relevant activities
• Assist with emergency procedures, including evacuation and coordination with relevant authorities when required
• Maintain proper communication and coordination with the Villa Management and other departments

• Maintain a professional appearance, good grooming, and a high standard of discipline at all times
• Protect and maintain all Company property and security equipment entrusted to them
