Job Summary:The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the villa, its residents, guests, and property. This includes monitoring access points, conducting routine patrols, handling emergencies, and enforcing security policies to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, or disturbancesKey Responsibilities: Access Control & Surveillance

• Monitor and control entry and exit points.
• Verify the identity of visitors and maintain visitor logs.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems.

Patrolling & Incident Response

• Conduct routine patrols of the villa and surrounding premises.
• Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, or suspicious activities.
• Report incidents and prepare security reports.

Emergency Handling

• Act quickly in case of fire, medical emergencies, or security threats.
• Assist in evacuations and coordinate with emergency services if required.

Protection of Assets & Residents

• Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Ensure the safety of residents, guests, and staff.
• Escort residents or guests when necessary.

Policy Enforcement

• Enforce villa security policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate with villa management, law enforcement, and emergency services.
• Maintain clear communication with other security personnel.
