Bali Management Villas is currently seeking a reliable and vigilant Security to join our team and help safeguard our villa properties in Uluwatu. This is a night shift role focused on protecting guests, property, and assets, and maintaining a safe and secure environment throughout the night.

Salary: IDR 3,791,002 per month (no service charge)

About the Role
The Security will be responsible for the safety and security of our villa properties and their guests during night hours. This role works closely with the operations team to ensure every villa is secure, access is well controlled, and guests feel safe and comfortable throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor villa premises during the night, including entrances, perimeters, parking, and public areas.

• Control access by checking and recording visitors, vendors, and deliveries.

• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, and respond promptly to any alerts or incidents.

• Report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or property damage to the supervisor immediately.

• Assist guests with security-related requests and provide a friendly, professional presence.

• Ensure gates, doors, and security equipment are properly locked and functioning.

• Respond to emergencies (fire, medical, or other incidents) according to procedures.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for security and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Security in hotels, villas, or hospitality industry.

• Good understanding of security procedures, patrol, and access control.

• Basic communication skills in English.

• Physically fit and willing to work night shifts, including holidays.

• Honest, disciplined, and responsible.

• Must be domiciled in Bali, preferably near Uluwatu.
