Are you dependable, observant, and passionate about providing excellent customer service? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our casino security team!

As a Casino Security Officer, you'll play an important role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests and employees while supporting daily casino operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor casino operations to help maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Conduct security checks and inspect security equipment.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests, making change, and helping maintain a clean casino.
• Respond quickly and professionally to security concerns and incidents.
• Complete accurate incident reports and documentation.
• Perform jackpot payouts, kiosk fills, and other security-related functions.
• Work cooperatively with casino management, team members, and local law enforcement.
• Follow all company policies, gaming regulations, and security procedures.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous casino experience preferred, but not required!
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm, make sound decisions, and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of casino gaming operations, including slots, blackjack, and poker, is a plus.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
• Understanding of applicable Nevada gaming regulations or willingness to learn.
• Willingness to comply with company policies, including restrictions on alcohol consumption at all three properties.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a busy casino environment with varying noise levels, lighting, temperatures, and air quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
