Security Command Centre Operator

Responsibilities

• Office-based role in a Security Command Centre.

• Monitor CCTV Systems in real-time to identify suspicious activities or system anomalies.

• Execute Remote Surveillance and Monitoring according to the schedule and log completion accurately.

• Detect and respond to incidents in accordance with escalation procedures.

• Perform access control functions by verifying credentials and authorising or denying entry remotely through security systems.

• Perform remote attendance taking for employees on site.

• Prepare and submit reports required by the Management.

• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Proficient in using computers and operating security systems such as video management systems, access control systems, visitor management systems etc — training provided for beginners.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.

• Able to read, write and speak English.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.

• Able to multi-task and manage detail-oriented tasks.

• Able to remain calm, professional and perform under pressure.

• Strong situation judgment.

• Willingness to take instructions and learn.

Working Hours

• 12-hour shifts, 6 days per week
• Fixed night schedule (non-rotating)
