Security Consultant (Offensive)

Execute day-to-day offensive testing activities using standardised methodologies and tool-augmented workflows under senior guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct reconnaissance, scanning, exploitation, and post-exploitation activities on assigned scopes (web/API, infrastructure, cloud, and related domains).
• Follow defined procedures and utilise approved tooling stacks to generate and refine test cases, payloads, and proof-of-concepts, with emphasis on traceability and manual verification.
• Document findings and attack paths to the standard required for client reporting and internal knowledge reuse.
• Contribute observations and ideas to improve playbooks, checklists, and internal testing frameworks.
• Participate in purple-team and validation exercises, reproducing attack paths and recording outcomes.

Your skills and experience

• 2–4 years of penetration testing or application-security experience, or strong hands-on internships.
• Familiarity with common offensive tools and scripting.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise technical documentation and reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key KPIs

• Delivery quality and completeness of assigned test scopes.
• Timeliness and clarity of delivered reports and PoCs.
• Contributions to internal playbooks, tooling, and process improvements.
• Positive feedback from project leads and clients.
