Security Controller

Responsibilities

• Perform security duties in control room
• Execute different systems (lift panel / CCTV / ACS / Intercom / walkie talkie / Compass)
• Email handling (support the reception duties)
• Act as a coordinator for the duty shift and emergency situation
• Provide good customer services (listen phone call from stakeholders)
• Support the building operation
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors

Requirement

• High Diploma / associate degree or above.
• 1+ year in security operation (Experience in data center would be beneficial)
• Strong in PC skills including Microsoft Office applications. Most of duties are required to use computers to proceed.
• First Aid, AED certificate, Green Card, QAS, SPP
• Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and mandarin
• Passed the TransUnion (TU) credit check
• Strong common sense / strong organization and execution / team player
