Security Coordinator

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in plantation, mining, forestry, or other remote site environments.
2. Minimum experience at Supervisor or equivalent management level, preferably as Security Supervisor, Security Coordinator, Chief Security, or equivalent.
3. Former TNI/Polri personnel at Mid-Ranking Officer (Perwira Menengah/Pamen) level or equivalent, with relevant experience in security, operations, intelligence, territorial, or law enforcement.
4. Strong experience in managing security operations across large-area plantations or remote site environments.
5. Strong understanding of security risk management, security SOPs, access control, patrol systems, incident handling, and emergency response.
6. Proven leadership experience in managing and supervising security personnel and field operations.
7. Strong discipline, assertiveness, decision-making, communication, and conflict-management skills.
8. Able to coordinate effectively with Plantation Management, HR, HSE, Operations, local authorities, TNI/Polri, contractors, and community leaders.
9. Experience in managing security risks related to company assets, heavy equipment, plantation operations, transportation routes, and surrounding communities.
10. Physically fit, mentally resilient, and willing to be placed in a remote plantation area.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and supervise daily security operations across the plantation area, including estate, camp, warehouse, workshop, access roads, and other company facilities.
2. Manage security personnel, including manpower deployment, shift scheduling, briefing, discipline, and performance monitoring.
3. Implement and ensure compliance with security SOPs, access control, patrol procedures, and risk control measures.
4. Monitor and protect company personnel, assets, heavy equipment, vehicles, facilities, materials, and operational areas.
5. Handle and investigate security incidents, such as theft, unauthorized access, conflicts, vandalism, and other security violations, including preparing incident reports.
6. Identify and assess security risks related to plantation operations, remote areas, transportation routes, contractors, and surrounding communities.
7. Coordinate with Plantation Management, HR, HSE, Operations, and external stakeholders, including local authorities, police, military, and community leaders.
8. Prepare regular security reports and provide security recommendations and improvement plans to management.
