What they need
- Oversee all hotel security operations
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel assets
- Supervise and train security personnel
- Conduct investigations and prepare incident reports
- Coordinate emergency and safety procedures
- Implement and enforce security policies and protocols
Qualifications:
- College Graduate (preferably Criminology, Security Management, or related course)
- At least 3-4 years of security experience
- With HOTEL or HOSPITALITY industry experience
- Minimum 1-2 years in a supervisory/managerial position
- Knowledgeable in security operations, CCTV monitoring, incident investigation, and emergency response
- Strong leadership and communication skills
