As a Security Coordinator I, you will serve as a vital protector of our operational integrity. You are tasked with ensuring seamless security and emergency readiness to facilitate the success of high-stakes project environments. By maintaining rigorous access control and driving efficient site security operations, you will directly safeguard the continuity of our projects, including critical Turnaround execution phases.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Site Security Leadership: Proactively implement and oversee site-wide security and emergency preparedness plans to ensure all protocols meet company standards.
• Access & Compliance Management: Execute contractor screening processes and manage the issuance of site access passes, ensuring that only authorized personnel enter sensitive operational zones.
• Operational Continuity: Provide on-site security coordination throughout Turnaround execution phases to maintain safety and uphold project timelines.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience within the security management field.
• 3–5 years of mid-level experience operating within industrial, project, or Oil & Gas environments, with demonstrated exposure to Turnaround operations.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, supported by strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
