Company Profile: Billy Bob’s Texas is a live music, bull riding, and dancing venue located in the Historic Stockyards in Fort Worth, Texas. With over 500,000 visitors a year, it is one of the premier entertainment destinations in the Southwest.

Customer Service: The ideal candidate must have a passion for people, and a strong commitment to Customer Service. You must be hard-working, dependable, team-oriented, and work well under stressful situations. Our Customer Service Representatives are the face of the organization, and must exemplify Billy Bob's mission and values.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patrons and customers at the door with a smile!
• Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal age
• Answer general questions about the club; must be well-versed in Billy Bob's Texas club history
• Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience with our club.
• De-escalate stressful situations involving customers and patrons

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of retail or service industry experience.

Skills Required:

• Positive attitude
• Outgoing personality
• Ability to walk/stand for up to 7 hours
• Must be able to de-escalate volatile situations

Work Environment: Entertainment venue and nightclub environment

• Nights, weekends and holidays expected.
