What they need
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK)
- Previous experience as a Security Officer, preferably in educational institutions, hotels, or residential facilities.
- Security training certification (Gada Pratama) is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit, disciplined, honest, and responsible.
- Able to handle emergency situations calmly and professionally.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
