Security Delegate

The security officer is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests, Heartists, visitors, and hotel property, preventing risks, and ensuring the application of safety and security procedures, particularly regarding fire safety and emergency management. They also contribute to compliance with regulatory requirements and Accor Group standards.

Main Missions:

• Define and implement the security and safety policy of the establishment.
• Identify, assess and prevent risks that may affect clients, heartists and facilities.
• Supervise and guide security officers.
• Organize schedules, patrols and security checks.
• Control access to the hotel, technical areas and staff-only spaces.
• To monitor public spaces, car parks, entrances, exits and sensitive areas.
• Supervise alarms and other security devices.
• Ensure the application of access control and key/badge management procedures.
• Preventing and managing incidents: theft, damage, conflicts, intrusions, accidents or other special situations.
• Ensure coordination with Management, Reception, Maintenance and other departments.
• Coordinate interventions with the relevant authorities and organizations when necessary.
• Develop and maintain emergency procedures and response plans.
• Conduct regular inspections and report any anomalies.
• Participate in internal post-incident investigations and propose corrective measures.
• Maintain up-to-date records, incident reports and security documents.

Desired Candidate Profile

Training in security, safety, HSE, risk management or equivalent field.

Proven experience in a security role, ideally in luxury hospitality.

Experience in managing a security team.

Proficiency in office software and reporting.

Sense of organization, rigor and responsiveness.

Discretion and respect for confidentiality.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service.

Fluency in French and Arabic is particularly useful; professional English is an asset.
