Summary:

Collaboration with various stakeholders to support the smooth progression of security initiatives is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and adjustment of deliverables to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security components.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Experience in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues within identity management systems.
• Familiarity with security testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
