Security Department Head

• Lead and manage the Security Department, including annual plans, budget, policies, programs, and performance management.
• Develop and implement strategic security plans to address internal and external threats.
• Conduct security risk assessments and recommend appropriate preventive and corrective measures.
• Oversee security operations and ensure compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and security standards.
• Coordinate with management, government agencies, and law enforcement authorities on security-related matters.
• Monitor security risks and incidents and provide strategic recommendations and regular reports to management.
• Lead and develop the security team to ensure effective and efficient delivery of security objectives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related field

• At least 10 years of managerial and supervisory experience in security management and operations, with extensive experience in investigation and intelligence operations

• Certified Security Professional is an advantage

• Preferably with Police or Military background

• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, coordination, and decision-making skills
