Security Detachment Commander

Duties and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a qualified and competent Security Detachment Commander to oversee and manage the overall security operations and administrative requirements of the assigned security detachment.

The successful candidate must possess the appropriate qualifications and credentials for the position, preferably with a valid Certified Security Professional (CSP) certification and relevant experience in security supervision and management. The candidate must have a strong understanding of security procedures, personnel management, incident management, and operational controls.

The Security Detachment Commander must be highly proficient in investigation and report preparation, particularly in the conduct, documentation, and submission of accurate, comprehensive, and well-structured Investigation Reports. The position requires the ability to gather and evaluate information, conduct interviews, establish facts, document incidents objectively, and prepare reports that meet the required professional and corporate standards.

The position also requires a hands-on approach to both administrative and operational responsibilities. The Security Detachment Commander is expected to actively supervise security personnel, monitor post assignments and deployment, ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, conduct regular inspections, address operational concerns, and coordinate effectively with clients and company management.

From an administrative standpoint, the candidate should be capable of managing and monitoring personnel records, attendance and deployment requirements, incident documentation, daily reports, schedules, manpower concerns, disciplinary matters, and other security-related documentation. The candidate must ensure that all required reports and records are complete, accurate, timely, and properly maintained.

From an operational perspective, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to effectively manage day-to-day security activities, identify potential security risks, respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies, implement corrective measures, and ensure the continuous and effective delivery of security services. The candidate must also be capable of providing appropriate recommendations to management and clients concerning operational improvements, security risks, and personnel-related concerns.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and respond promptly to operational requirements. Professionalism, integrity, discipline, accountability, and a strong commitment to client service are essential attributes for the position.

Overall, the Security Detachment Commander shall serve as a key supervisory link between the deployed security personnel, company management, and the client, ensuring that security operations are properly managed, personnel are effectively supervised, administrative requirements are consistently complied with, and the company's security service standards are maintained at all times.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
