Job Overview

MoreWell Protection Group is urgently hiring one (1) Security Dispatch Operator to support our 24/7 dispatch center. As the frontline communicator for our security operations, you will monitor surveillance systems, coordinate responses, and ensure the protection of personnel, property, and assets across our facilities.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer‑service mindset. You will gain hands‑on experience in surveillance, emergency response coordination, and modern security technology.

Interview Process — Remote Only

All interviews will be conducted remotely via phone or Microsoft Teams.

Open Shift — Hiring for One Position

Sunday–Thursday: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
(Full‑time, fixed schedule)

Additional Hours: Optional extra shifts may be available depending on staffing needs.

Hiring Timeline

• Orientation: September 22, 2026 (Paid)
• First Day of Work: September 23, 2026
• Immediate Hiring — Interviews conducted remotely
• Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Key Duties

• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems for suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Dispatch security personnel or emergency responders promptly and accurately.
• Operate and troubleshoot alarms, access control systems, and CCTV equipment.
• Maintain clear, professional communication via radio, phone, and digital platforms.
• Document incidents, observations, and dispatch actions through detailed reports.
• Conduct routine surveillance checks, perimeter reviews, and fence inspections.
• Support loss prevention efforts and assist investigative activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Background in security operations, law enforcement, or dispatching preferred.
• Proficiency in CCTV operation (AV) and surveillance monitoring.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask using CCTV software, call center systems, and fast typing.
• Basic math skills for accurate incident documentation.
• Experience in conflict management and de‑escalation.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.

Pay: From $21.51 per hour
