About the role

We're looking for a casual Security Door & Flyscreen Assembler to join our workshop in Campbelltown.

This is a hands-on role assembling custom-made security doors and flyscreens. No previous industry experience is required—we'll provide full training for the right person. There is also the opportunity for this role to become full-time for the right candidate.

We offer flexible working hours, making this role ideal for someone looking for casual or part-time work.

What you'll be doing

• Assemble security doors and flyscreens to our quality standards.
• Measure, cut and fit frames, mesh, hinges, locks and other components.
• Use hand tools and light machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high quality standards.
• Pack completed products ready for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
• Work as part of a supportive team to meet daily production goals.

What we're looking for

We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude than someone with years of experience.

You'll ideally have:

• A willingness to learn and take pride in your work.
• Good attention to detail.
• Confidence using basic hand and power tools.
• The ability to work accurately from measurements and instructions.
• A reliable work ethic and positive attitude.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing or trade experience is an advantage, but not essential.
