Security Doorman (FULL OR PART TIME)

We are currently seeking a qualified full or part-time Security Door Man to work at our Adult club. A qualified candidate will meet most of the job requirements listed below. We are prepared to hire the right individual immediately.

Job Requirements: (PLEASE READ THESE YOU MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS)

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to and from work. (Reliabile Transportation is defined as a working Vehicle)
• Must have a working mobile phone for calls and texts.
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security SOP: Understand Follow the Clubs Security SOP.
• Access Control: Controlling building access, including verifying IDs.
• Security Checks: Conducting mandatory physical searches and bag checks of patrons and employees and their belongings prior to entry.
• Safety & De-escalation: Monitoring the premises to maintain a safe security environment, de-escalating conflicts, and, when necessary, safely escorting or removing disruptive patrons.

Physical Requirements: (PLEASE READ THESE)
This position requires moderate physical work demands, as the work is performed outside the main club entrance:

• Weather Exposure: Must be able to handle various climate changes based on outdoor weather conditions.
• Strength: Must have the ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
• Endurance: Required to stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift.
• Movement: Kneeling, bending, and exerting continuous physical effort for short to moderate periods of time may be required.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
