Security Enforcer

Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and disciplined Mall Security Enforcer to safeguard the safety, security, and order within our mall premises. The role requires proactive patrolling, enforcing mall regulations, and responding effectively to emergencies to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for tenants, shoppers, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of mall premises, including car parks, entrances, and tenant areas.
• Enforce mall security policies, procedures, and house rules in a professional and respectful manner.
• Monitor CCTV and security systems to detect, deter, and respond to suspicious activity.
• Manage crowd control and assist with events, promotions, and emergency evacuations.
• Respond promptly to incidents, accidents, theft, or disturbances, and prepare detailed reports.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, and law enforcement officers on security-related matters.
• Provide assistance to shoppers and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including fire safety and emergency protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of working experience in security, enforcement, or related field (retail/mall environment preferred).
• Physically fit, alert, and able to work shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle conflict calmly.
• Ex-police, military, or auxiliary background is an added advantage.
