Want the autonomy to build a managed security services function and develop the team around it? This small, specialist cyber consultancy offers an experienced Security Engineer the opportunity to become its Head of Managed Services , with direct access to the CTO, enterprise customers and the freedom to shape how services are delivered.

As Head of Managed Services , you’ll take ownership of the existing technical platform managed service, improve how it operates and develop new offerings as the business grows. You’ll combine technical credibility with customer relationships, helping organisations get lasting value from their security technology.

The core practice centres on Security Service Edge: secure web gateways, data loss prevention and cloud access security brokers, alongside wider SASE and Zero Trust requirements. You’ll deepen your Netskope expertise and broaden your knowledge across Microsoft Security and Acronis.

Working closely with the CTO, customers and technology partners, your remit as Head of Managed Services will include:

• Owning service delivery and driving continuous improvement.
• Building trusted relationships with customers and vendors.
• Developing practical processes that support consistent service as the business grows.
• Shaping new managed security offerings around customer needs.
• Building and developing the team as the function expands.

Customers range from organisations with around 1,000 users to enterprises with more than 10,000, spanning banking, insurance, retail and Premier League football clubs.

You could already be leading a service or be a technically strong engineer ready for broader responsibility. What matters is your understanding of SWG, DLP and CASB, your ability to work confidently with customers, and your appetite to take ownership as Head of Managed Services .
