Security Executive / Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage overall security operations of the resort.
• Supervise and coordinate security personnel and shift duties.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, property and assets.
• Monitor entry/exit points, visitor movement and vehicle access.
• Maintain effective CCTV surveillance and security systems.
• Conduct regular security rounds across guest, back-of-house and external areas.
• Maintain security registers, incident reports and daily shift records.
• Handle emergencies, incidents, guest concerns and security situations promptly.
• Coordinate with Police, Fire Brigade, Ambulance and other emergency authorities when required.
• Implement and monitor fire & life-safety procedures and emergency response plans.
• Conduct regular security and safety checks across the 40-acre property.
• Identify security risks and recommend preventive measures.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments on security matters.
• Manage security vendors/agencies, where applicable.
• Conduct staff briefings and basic security/safety training.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
