Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Security Field Officer to supervise security personnel, conduct site inspections, and ensure smooth security operations across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise security guards and monitor their attendance and deployment.
• Conduct regular site visits and security inspections.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and company policies.
• Handle security incidents, emergencies, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with site managers, clients, and security teams.
• Prepare daily attendance and site inspection reports.

Eligibility & Skills

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
• 2–5 years of experience in security operations or field supervision.
• Good communication, observation, and team management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills preferred.
• Physically fit and able to assist with moving trolleys/baskets.
• Friendly, polite, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.

Shift & Work Requirements

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends/holidays as per business requirements.
• Work location is in person at the retail store.

Experience: 2–5 Years
