Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs tailored to security personnel, utilizing adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Implement curriculum development strategies using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Conduct employee orientation sessions for new hires, emphasizing company policies, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms such as Adobe Captivate to create interactive online courses and instructional content.
• Lead classroom training sessions and on-the-job coaching to reinforce security procedures, conflict management techniques, and emergency response protocols.
• Assess employee performance through evaluations, providing constructive feedback and mentoring to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR teams on talent management initiatives including succession planning, performance management, and employee relations.
• Manage training projects from inception through completion using project management tools like SharePoint or Workday to ensure timely delivery.
• Collect data on training effectiveness through research and data collection methods to refine program content and delivery methods.
• Stay current with industry trends in adult education, learning technology, and corporate training best practices to enhance program relevance.

Experience

• Proven experience in developing employee training programs within a human resources or corporate training environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE for creating effective e-learning content and classroom instruction.
• Strong background in adult education principles with experience delivering engaging training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), enterprise learning platforms like Adobe Captivate, SharePoint, Workday, or Salesforce for managing training content and tracking progress.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently through public speaking or presentation skills.
• Experience in program management including project planning, organization design, change management, and mentoring teams of trainers or security personnel.
• Knowledge of human capital management practices such as talent sourcing, employee evaluation, HRIS systems like Workday or HRIS platforms for data analysis.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
