Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity or security breaches
• Conduct thorough patrols of the premises, including buildings, parking areas, and perimeter fences, to ensure safety and security
• Control access points using advanced access control systems, verifying identities and authorizations for employees, visitors, and contractors
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies following established protocols
• Write detailed incident reports documenting any security concerns or occurrences during shifts
• Perform background checks on new personnel or visitors as part of security screening procedures
• Assist in emergency response procedures such as administering first aid or CPR when necessary

Experience

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
• Knowledge of surveillance equipment, access control systems, and physical security measures
• Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; additional training in AED operation and Taser use is a plus
• Familiarity with incident report writing and conflict de-escalation techniques
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting when required for equipment or safety purposes
• Strong understanding of compliance with security regulations and emergency response protocols
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflict management situations effectively

Pay: $22.87 - $27.55 per hour
