About the Role

We are looking for reliable and professional Security Guards to join our team and support security operations across various sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas

• Maintain a safe and secure environment

• Monitor access points and control entry/exit

• Respond to incidents and follow established procedures

• Complete daily occurrence reports and other required documentation

• Conduct regular site checks and identify potential safety or security concerns

• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, employees and the public

• Follow all company policies, site procedures and applicable regulations

• Contact emergency services when required and provide appropriate assistance

Requirements

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• Strong observation and situational-awareness skills

• Professional appearance and conduct

• Reliable and punctual

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible availability is an asset

• Previous security experience is an asset, but opportunities may be available for suitable candidates with limited experience
