Security Guard

Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing assistance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for all.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential security risks.
• Document and report any suspicious activities or security breaches to management.
• Assist in emergency situations, following established protocols to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Provide clear and courteous directions and information to guests and visitors as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in security or a related field, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, responding swiftly and effectively to incidents.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to maintain a secure environment.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address potential security risks proactively.
• Excellent communication skills, providing clear and courteous directions and information to guests.
• Familiarity with security protocols and emergency procedures, ensuring quick and efficient responses.
• Ability to document and report suspicious activities or security breaches accurately and promptly.
