Job Title: Security Guard

Working Days: Monday – Sunday (Shift based)

Salary: 105,109.31 Gross + Transportation Allowance

Job Summary

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the organization's personnel, visitors, assets, and premises. The ideal candidate will maintain a visible security presence, monitor activities, enforce security procedures, and respond promptly to incidents while upholding professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Control access to the premises by verifying the identity of staff, visitors, and contractors.

* Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and security equipment where applicable.

* Inspect buildings, gates, and other access points to ensure they are secure.

* Direct visitors and provide general assistance while maintaining security protocols.

* Assist in enforcing company policies, safety regulations, and emergency procedures.

* Protect company property and ensure compliance with all security and safety standards.

* Perform any other security related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

* Minimum of Basic Education (Primary/Secondary School Certificate).

* 3–5 years of proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar security role.

* Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).

* Good communication, teamwork, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.

* High level of honesty, integrity, discipline, and professionalism.

* Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately under pressure or during emergencies.

* Previous training or certification in security, fire safety, or first aid is an added advantage.

Pay: ₦105,000.00 per month
