Job Overview

• Position: Security Guard / Security Officer
• Age Limit: 21 to 45 years
• Experience Level: Entry-level to Experienced (0–5+ years)
• Working Hours: Shift-based (Day/Night 8 or 12-hour shifts)

Key Profile & Capabilities

• Physical Fitness: Strong endurance for long standing shifts, frequent foot patrols, and rapid emergency intervention.
• Alertness & Vigilance: High observational skills to monitor access points, CCTV feeds, visitor logs, and unusual activities.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with modern security tech including digital visitor management apps, biometric systems, and metal detectors.
• Communication: Basic communication for managing visitors, coordinating with team members, and de-escalating conflicts.

Core Responsibilities

• Access Control: Verify credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors before granting entry.
• Patrolling: Conduct routine foot sweeps across perimeter walls, parking lots, and building corridors.
• Emergency Response: Act as first responder during fire alarms, medical emergencies, or unauthorized intrusions.
• Log Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of incoming vehicle numbers, material movement, and incident reports.
