- Maintain accurate records of visitors, contractors, and vehicle movements.
- Issue visitor passes and manage access control procedures.
- Monitor entry and exit points and allow access only after proper verification.
- Handle lost and found items and maintain proper custody records.
- Report incidents, accidents, emergencies, and security breaches immediately.
- Report utility-related issues such as power outages and water supply problems.
- Comply with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) policies and procedures.
- Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, and near-miss incidents.
- Attend required safety and security training sessions.
- Maintain professional conduct and cooperate with company personnel and visitors.
- Ensure all security records, logs, and reports are accurately maintained.
